eyeOS - a new web-browser based operating system..

Weezo - easy portable home web server that can automatically stream videos and audio / webcam etc.

you can just share out some folders in Weezo and then if there's a video file or an audio file the user picks in the browser, weezo will just convert it on the fly and stream it out. It can also be setup quite simply to view your webcam online etc. - There's some SSL encryption too but I can't see it being the most secure software ever. I've used it for simple things on the lan like streaming videos to my WII via opera browser and the quality wasn't great over wireless but you can custom set the quality so maybe over a wired connection it would be better.

Either way, it's worth a look.
