No onions, cabbage, garlic or leaks. Some lettuce is OK, but not head lettuce.<BR/>Wheat-germ oil for Vitamin E and milk (in small amounts - NEVER raw milk.<BR/>Some believe that raw meat is OK, but it probably isn't worth taking the chance.
